We purchase our supplements here - always in stock. I think they carry the best Probiotics. Love the lunch buffet bar - especially the quinoa salad! When I heard about the new produce 'fridge' I went specifically to check it out. Loved the look of all the produce and now start there before going to the grocery store - the organic lemons are out of this world. Excellent quality produce! The manager isn't that friendly but he makes up for it by hiring delightful helpful staff. The news letter they send me is very informative and tells about items I don't know about that are effective and have actual local testimonials. I recommend it to everyone I meet who hasn't been there - and they always thank me.

So great to get a healthy salad while traveling. Many vegan options such as dairy-free tuna salad, hummus, quinoa, tofu, plus usual fixin's (carrots, tomatoes, cukes, onions, avocado, etc). Loved the fresh sliced turkey. Booths available in the front of this natural foods market. In downtown, not far from the interstate.

Great smoothies and wraps - a nice healthy alternative stop on a road trip. They have a salad bar & fresh soups. The small deli & organic groceries make this an oasis in an otherwise processed food desert.

Good quick healthy lunches and on the go foods. They have a good variety of organic smoothies with no sugar just fruit and veggies! Also wheat grass and fresh made to order juices. They have a huge variety of high quality vitamins and supplements with really good prices! They advertise no GM, organic and local a good go to for a variety of needs.

Wonderful local market. Any naysayers should compare the wholesome products offered here with the absolute garbage featured at the large grocers in Grants Pass. Fantastic juices and smoothies, very pleasant service, nice organic produce. I love this place. This is a great quick stop for a healthy meal.

Sunshine is my go-to place in grants pass. To grab a quick fresh pressed juice or smoothie before work or to sit down and help myself to the classic salad bar, full of different proteins, greens, sauerkraut and homemade dressings. Sunshine also has a small but great produce selection and is the only place in town to sell organic grapefruits. The owner as well as the staff is highly knowledgeable and courteous and maintain a relaxed atmosphere even during the lunch rushes. Great customer service thanks to Jon, Jade and Nette always! Highly recommend stopping by.

Super roots little health food store! I'm always trying to find healthy grinds while driving through Grants Pass and I'm so happy i found the place. The deli options were yummy, I had the salad bar and my boyfriend got a wrap. Great price for what they had and the ingredients seemed fresh and were tasty. The store itself is really cute and kind of og feeling. It's small and they seem to be focused on nutritional supplements but also had a variety of healthy items for such a small store. Customer service was good enough, the owner was helpful in giving directions. I'll be back for sure!

We were happy to find Sunshine to consistently be the best natural food lunch in town - always fresh, tasty, safe and healthy. The vitamins are too. Soups are delicious, and the salad bar is fresh. Sandwiches and wraps are tops too. They also carry fresh, flax-fed natural eggs, top of the line dog kibbles, as well as a nice variety of natural remedies.

Love, love, love this cafe and market! I stop by every time I'm in Grants Pass and grab lunch, a juice and a few groceries. Healthy and delicious wraps, soups and salads and fresh, organic juices at good prices and generous portions to boot! They also have a nice selection of supplements and wellness products. You can tell Sunshine Foods is truly committed to providing local, fresh, whole foods and quality organic brands - these guys are the real deal!

Small place but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The produce and dairy was a little sparse, but I found some things I needed including some essential oils while I had a head ache at the time. I would go back for supplements and freshly made drinks.

I ate their lunch buffet today - $6.50 per pound. Generally tasteless - they do provide about a dozen or more condiments to add flavor, though. On the positive side, they have a reasonable amount of wheat-free alternatives. The egg salad and the tuna salad were good, as were the roast pumpkin seeds. On the other hand - the rice noodle with tempeh and a few vegies salad was tasteless except for the excess of vinegar. The tempeh had a strange unappealing texture, a bit chalky. The tabouli was also sour with lemon juice, and otherwise flavorless. Their homemade natural sauerkraut seemed to be made with vinegar and nothing else. The brown bread looked okay as did the pastries, but neither were wheat-free. They had two kinds of soup: split pea and clam chowder - sold by the cup or by the bowl. I tasted the pea soup and it was quite good - had kind of a nutty flavor. There were a number of sandwiches and "wraps" on the menu. With judicious use of the seasoning table and careful selection one could find a reasonable meal here, especially one who had no dietary restrictions. It is commendable that they take care to keep the various types of allergic folks in mind in planning their menu. Too bad so much of it tastes bad. I guess that's the price of being a health freak - I do like to eat healthy food but not to the degree of sacrificing flavor. And they need to go lighter on sour! They claim to have rice, and also beans available, at a lower price than the salad bar. Didn't see any - I've heard they often don't have all their stuff out until well into the lunch hour. The salad bar itself though, seemed to be completely stocked when we arrived. (In addition to what I ate, there were several salad vegie ingedients which I didn't try, as well as a spiral pasta salad item...) It's hard to satisfy everyone, They seemed to have enough customers so they can't be doing everything wrong.

Great source for natural foods and remedies. Very knowledgeable, no nonsense, to the point advice. The cafe is great also for a quick, tasty and healthy lunch.

I think it's pretty ok here, a great option for vegetarians and one of the only places for vegans in Grants Pass. Their smoothies are worth trying for sure and they have some delicious wraps.

I love eating at this place. The salad bar is fantastic. The only downside is that I frequently go at around noon and there is still no food out! Very inconsistent in their serving times which makes it difficult when you're an early-to-lunch person.
